This in turn forces me to utilize communication\ntolls to understand them as they communicate with me. I am glad that my\nconference has several language groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am also pastoring an\nAfrican church was new to me as I was informed of the assignment from the\nexecutive committee through the Conference President. This assignment placed me\nin contact with people from the mother land referred to as Africa. Have a new\nname \u201cAkinwale\u201d meaning the warrior has come home.
