Through the course Organizational culture, we were motivated to consider alternative strategies to aid our various organizations to be at their potential. Our instructor Dr. Karl Basurto, assigned us to delve more into the subject also we had an opportunity to discuss our findings on the different areas that affect organizational culture, we also were given the assignment to develop a reflection paper to assist in our understanding and importance of organizational culture.
